Digital Products

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales on digital products are final.

If you have trouble accessing your file or something is not working as expected, reach out at thewildepeach@gmail.com and we will make it right.


Printed Products (Wilde Peach Paperie)

Because every printed order is personalized and produced to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been approved and sent to print.

Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error on our end, we will reprint and reship at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will get it resolved promptly.

Changes and cancellations Changes or cancellations must be requested before design approval. Once you have approved your proof, your order moves to production and cannot be modified.
